Step 1: Initial Screening

Upon receiving the candidate's application, we conduct a Direct Personal Interview (DPI) and necessary tests administered by our experts for initial shortlisting. Simultaneously, a similar screening process is conducted by the company representative to assess the candidate's suitability. Thorough review of documents is carried out to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Step 2: Company Representative Evaluation

Step 3: Final Selection

A final interview is conducted by the company through video conferencing. If necessary, a company representative may visit in person to conduct the interview and make the final selection.
